Shipping Methods
We offer three delivery services within the United States: Standard, Expedited, and International.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Please note: P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for delivery.
Standard Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next business day.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days depending on your location.
Expedited delivery dates will appear at checkout.
International Shipping (U.S. Territories)
Orders shipped to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses generally take 5–15 business days, depending on carrier and customs processing times.

Order Status Updates
1. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packaging before dispatch.
2. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
3. Tracking Your Delivery
You can track your shipment in two ways:
Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
By logging into the Shopify Shop App using the same email address used at checkout.
Important Information
Delays and Liability
Sleepal is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, customs, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control. Once the parcel leaves our fulfillment center, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if there are any courier-related delays, upon your request for help, we will make reasonable efforts to actively work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Risk and Loss
All purchases are made under a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier. The title for items transfers to the customer upon Sleepal’s receiving all payments for such goods.
Claims Processing
For incorrect or damaged items, please include supporting photos with your report. Sleepal reserves the right to limit or refuse reshipments or refunds at its discretion in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
If a courtesy reshipment is issued, that replacement shall be covered by a new warranty and return and refund rights pertaining to applicable policies.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped within the United States are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes, which are automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped to U.S. Territories or military addresses may be subject to additional customs or import regulations.
Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees assessed by the destination authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
Sleepal cannot guarantee compliance with import regulations for all U.S. territories and overseas bases.
If you are unsure about local import policies or restrictions, please check with your destination customs or mail service before placing an order.
Non-Deliverable Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, the original shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.
Re-shipment of the order will incur an additional delivery fee based on the applicable rate at that time.
