Return & Refund Policy

At Sleepal, we want you to love your experience from the very first night. If your Sleepal product doesn’t meet your expectations, this Return & Refund Policy explains how to return it and how we handle refunds and exchanges for purchases made within the United States via www.sleepal.ai, the Sleepal App, or authorized Sleepal partners
1. Return Window
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Sleepal’s Limited Warranty (see separate policy). Please note that this policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under Sleepal’s Limited Warranty or applicable laws regarding defective products.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
The product must have been purchased directly from www.sleepal.ai or an authorized Sleepal seller.
It must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition — clean, undamaged, and including all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging.
Returns showing signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage may not be accepted or may incur
a restocking fee.
If your product is defective or damaged on arrival, see Section 6 (Damaged or Defective Products).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once unsealed or used:
Fabric or silicone contact surfaces;
Ear covers, eye masks, or accessories designed for direct skin contact;
Customized or engraved products;
Products marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at purchase.
These exceptions do not limit your rights under the Sleepal Limited Warranty for defective items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Your full name and order number;
Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email);
Product model and serial number (if available);
Description of your reason for return;
Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged).
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days after receiving your RMA.
5. Return Shipping
You may choose one of the following:
Sleepal Pre-Paid Label
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund; or
Own Courier
You may arrange return shipping with your own tracked carrier at your own cost.
Sleepal is not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking.
6. Damaged or Defective Products (DOA)
6.2 Provide photos or videos showing the condition and any serial number visible on the unit.
6.3 We’ll offer one of the following options at no charge:
A replacement unit,
A repair, or
A full refund (if the defect is confirmed).
6.4 Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
This process does not affect your rights under the Sleepal Limited Warranty.
7. Gift & Demo Units
Gift Units:
Covered under the same 30-day return window as regular purchases, starting from the original buyer’s delivery date. The gift recipient must provide the buyer’s order number or proof of purchase.
Demo / Promotional Units:
Items provided for demonstration, sampling, or marketing (including those marked “Not for Resale”) are not eligible for return or refund, unless explicitly approved in writing by Sleepal or required by applicable law.
8. Refund Processing
8.1 Refunds include the product price and standard shipping cost (if charged), but exclude any express or premium delivery options.
8.2 Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10–15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8.3 We may reduce your refund if returned items are missing, incomplete, or show damage beyond reasonable handling.
9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after dispatch must follow the return process in this Policy.
10. Exchanges
Sleepal does not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to receive a different product or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect on the date posted above.
