(“Sleepal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Notice at Collection for California Residents (“Notice”) to explain what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we collect them, and how you can exercise your rights under California law.
This Notice supplements the Sleepal Privacy Policy, and applies solely to California residents.

We may collect certain information classified as 'sensitive' under the CPRA, such as sleep data, heart rate, or other health-related information you choose to provide through our products. We use this sensitive information only to provide you with the core functionality of our products and services (e.g., to generate your personalized sleep insights), and not for any other purpose unless we have obtained your explicit consent or are permitted by law.
3. Purposes for Collection and Use
We use the categories of personal information listed above for the following business and commercial purposes:

Sleepal does not sell personal information for monetary value. However, under the CCPA, certain uses of online analytics and advertising cookies may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We also honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Retention criteria include: data category, consent status, contractual necessity, and legal compliance obligations.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:

Limit

meaning we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
7. Effective Date
This Notice is effective as of December 29, 2025 and may be updated periodically.
Material changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
