3. What Happens After You Opt Out
We will stop sharing your personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral analytics.
You will still see Sleepal ads, but they may be less relevant to your preferences.
Essential cookies and data used strictly for website operation, fraud prevention, or fulfilling orders will continue to function.
Your opt-out choice applies to the browser and device you use at the time of submission.
If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you'll need to submit your choice again.
4. Sensitive Personal Information
Sleepal does not use or disclose sensitive personal information — such as health data, precise geolocation, or biometric data — for purposes beyond those permitted by law.
5. Authorized Agents
You may authorize someone to submit a request on your behalf.
To do so, the agent must provide proof of authorization, such as written consent signed by you, or evidence of a valid power of attorney under California law. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm to us that you provided the agent permission.
6. Non-Discrimination
Sleepal will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA / CPRA rights.
This means we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you opted out.

When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
