Shipping Methods

We offer three delivery services: Standard, Express, and International Shipping.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Please note: P.O. Box addresses are not accepted as valid shipping addresses.

Standard Shipping

Orders are dispatched within one business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00 CET ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 CET ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 CET on Friday ship the next Monday (excluding public holidays).

Expedited delivery dates will appear at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are usually delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Status Updates

1. Order Confirmation

After receiving your confirmation email, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. During this time your order is being prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and courier details.

3. Delivery Tracking

You can track your shipment in two ways:

Via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or

By logging into the Shopify Shop App using the same email address used at checkout.

Important Information

Delays and Liability

Sleepal is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, customs, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control. Once the parcel leaves our fulfillment center, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if there are any courier-related delays, upon your request for help, we will make reasonable efforts to actively work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Risk and Loss

All purchases are made under a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier. The title for items transfers to the customer upon Sleepal’s receiving all payments for such goods.

Claims Processing

Sleepal monitors and logs all reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. You must report such issues within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For issues related to product defects, please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy.

For incorrect or damaged items, please include supporting photos with your report. Sleepal reserves the right to limit or refuse reshipments or refunds at its discretion in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

If a courtesy reshipment is issued, that replacement shall be covered by a new warranty and return and refund rights pertaining to applicable policies.

Duties and Taxes

Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not included in the shipping costs listed above.

Responsibility for all such charges lies with the buyer or recipient. Because Sleepal ships internationally, we cannot guarantee compliance with every nation's import regulations.
